Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain both Linux and Windows-based server environments.
• Design, configure and support Cisco networking equipment including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security across multiple datacentres.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and systems issues efficiently.
• Implement and maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices.

What Experience is Required

• Strong experience with Cisco networking (ideally to CCNP level) including routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP and OSPF.
• Proven background in Linux and Windows server administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.

Location

The role is office-based in Witney, Oxford and is easily commutable from Oxford, Abingdon, Banbury, Bicester, Swindon, Didcot, and Newbury.
